New Park at 6 Lloyd Avenue

As part of a new mixed-use development at 6 Lloyd Ave., a new 868 m2 municipal park will be created at the northeast corner of Mulock Avenue and Lloyd Avenue, directly across from the Keele-Mulock Parkette. The City is working with the developer and their landscape architect on the design and construction of the new park. The proposed park will include: An outdoor fitness area Seating areas Shade trees and new planter beds
